Annotation cells use referenced geometry

Using cells to annotate coordinates in a 2D drawing is good for X and Y coordinates.

However the "annotation cell" takes it's origin in the drawing where it is placed. So if that origin doesn't coincide with the origin of the referenced file we might be putting wrong values.

Secondly in a 2D drawing there are no Z coordinates. So as long as the annotation cell cannot take the coordinates from the linked (3D) file this will never work for spot elevation in a plan view.

Putting the annotation cells inside the 3D models is not workable - certainly not in the construction industry (Openbuildings).

The current "Label Coordinate" tool in OBD is OK for reporting in a default format. However once we want to make a specific annotation cell that's not possible with that tool. Only the terminator cell can be specified. Secondly it would be very inpractical to have to change the cell for that tool every time another type of annotation is needed.

Also it only works in drawing models, not in sheet models. And it only works when referencing a point or edge. Not for faces
