Sometimes a button in a ToolBox is a listbox button (drop down list) and the last option is "Open as Toolbox".

If we press "Open as Toolbox" and that ToolBox is already open in the drawing (especially we have put that toolBox in a particular location), then MicroStation should warn us that this toolBox is already open and if we want to relocate the ToolBox to the cursor location or ommit it.
