Instead of cut/paste a path in the list to change the order (priority) among path it would be interesting if that window had up/down buttons to up/down a row in the bottom list.

Civil 3D has this for its Reference Templates dialog.

Look at the attached image with red rectangles (buttons)

Or even drag a row up/down without pressing a button. If you up/down a row in the "Expansion" listbox then the "New value" listbox updates.
