About 30 years a go I wrote a UCM macro do do this and figured at some time Bentley would have it included as standard but still waiting.
We have a Change Element Attributes function that allows us to click an element, and when we then click second and subsequent elements they adopt the attributes of the first element.
We need a similar tool that extracts all the first elements properties to pass those properties to second and subsequent selected elements. When I say All Element Attributes and Properties I mean All, including Text/Dimension styles/sizes, element templates, cells, all visible attributes, etc.
This would be a one tool does all, SmartMatchAll and change elements

This tool could also have an option to select all similar elements which would satisfy many other suggestions in this Ideas forum.

If this idea was implemented it would satisfy most of the issues noted in other ideas similar to this where users want to change attributes of one or more elements to match the attributes of another selected element.
I think "Change Element Attributes" should have a similar dialog than "Select By Attributes" dialog (specially with the [Properties] button.
