MicroStation has a lot of checkbox in the parameters of any Tool Setting dialog but it does not have any checkbox to select the rest of checkbox or unselect all.

For example, this would be very valuable in "Change Element Attributes" to check all or uncheck all.

In the case of Autodesk Civil 3D, there are a lot of dialog box where there is a main checkbox to enable or disable all. The checkbox has 3 status: empty (white), full green (all selected), partially green (that means that there is at least one checkbox disabled).
