Associative offset on smart solids

Currently in technology-preview it is only possible on parametric solids.

It would be useful if this operation was possible on smart solids as well.

Either directly on smart solids or smart solid would be firstly put under parametric solid history tree enabling to use associative offset.

Note: Just applying invisible fillet to smart solid can make it parametric solid (smart solid becomes just one node in parametric solid as a base geometry). I can imagine internally smart solid would be put under parametric solid without any parametric feature but at least it would appear as parametric for command to work.

Details and reason why it is useful:

    Thanks for this suggestion Ivan,

we will consider it for one of the next MicroStation releases. The Associative Offset will most likely have to convert the smart solid to a parametric solid for this work and this process will not be reversible.
