Have Rhino User Text translated to iModel

Hello,

referring to my initial question at https://github.com/imodeljs/imodeljs/discussions/1611#discussion-3403686 it seems I would require User Text from Rhino to get converted to Item Type and the actual entries to become that item's Properties in the resulting iModel after conversion.

More generally speaking, I want to have custom data defined as User Text in Rhino to be available in the iModel which would enable me to replicate the workflow presented in the "Bentley Accredited iTwin Developer--Associate Level" course.

    I only see problem what the name of an item type would be? guid of the element from rhino or what? Different rhino elements will have different set of properties so eventually every item type would need to be unique for all elements.
