Bentley View is aimed at supporting users who need to (re)view CAD info. The problem is that most review tasks require overlaying and comparing information. Just opening a CAD file these days is not that useful if you can not overlay or attach info.

It would be good to support Ref attachments for this. THe next step up would be Powerdraft or Mstn which is way too expensive.
