When we attach a Reference that Reference has a property called "Treat Attachment as Element for Manipulation".
I would like that for Annotation Group of Annotation Element.
Currently, when we add annotation for alignment or for Template Linear (slope patterns) I get individual text or lines (slope patterns).
It would be nice if annotation group was treated as a cell (block) like Civil 3d does with its Label Set. * In Civil 3D we can choose a single label of the label Set if we press Shift key.
