The Cell Library dialog is very cumbersome. So, Cell Selector was born. But, increasingly, we have to work with multiple folders etc.

It would be great to extend Mstn's Drag and Drop functionality to allow the user to drag and drop files from MS Explorer directly into Mstn View Windows, not just the dialogs.

The reverse should also work. Select then dragging a Cell or Element(s) from a Mstn View Window to MS Explorer should generate a new dgn.

This would make Cells a lot easier to find, manage and use. It would also leverage Bentley's current investment in the dgnpreview tool and benefit when Microsoft or a third party provides tabs in Explorer.
