DGN Models should have a date/time stamp

Windows Files have a timestamp. DGN elements have a timestamp. DGN models don't have a timestamp.

Consequently, one can't order models by date created or similar filters. Plz add a timestamp to DGN model data.

    Whatever timestamp is consistent with that used on DGN elements!
