Item Types - hyperlink property type

i would like to break off a piece of this idea (MSR-I-1353) to only request hyperlink. I would like to be able to set an item type property as a hyperlink type field. and then when viewing properties in the properties dialog to have that be a clickable link. This would be very useful when using feature services. As a lot of our feature classes have url properties.
