When applying patterns with display rules it is possible to set the scale to be annotative. When the element is in the current dgn, this works well and the pattern changes when the scale changes.
However, when linked into another file at a different scale, the pattern keeps the scale from the original reference.
These patterns should have the ability to scale like when using the normal pattern area tool.
