It would be very helpful to be possible to create a parametric cell with editable text as part of it:

Creating a parametric cell with text is not a problem. Creating an Item Type and linking it to the text through a field is also easy.

So far, the unsolvable problem has turned out to be making the text editable after such a parametric cell has been placed to another DGN files.

Manually entering the Item Type value into the Place Parametric Cell dialog box when placing the cell did not write the value through.

Similarly, changing the Item Type value in Properties pane for the given parametric cell did not work either.

Wheather Item Type was attached to whole Model or Shape made no difference.
