Mstn allows users to open pdfs directly. Also supports pdfs as Ref attachments. This is very useful. However, the pdf is opened in Mstn in read-only mode. The user will need to save as dgn and edit before printing the new content as a pdf.

It would be great to have a config var, option where the dgn is generated automatically... like the way V7 dgns are handled.

This would allow the user to use Mstn as a pdf editor for marking up and commenting w/o having a separate editor like Bluebeam or pdf-Xchange.
