To help make Saved Views more accessible, a new Combo-box dropdown menu for Saved Views.

Similar design to dropdown menus for Levels, Line styles.

Navigating the Saved View dropdown list can also be set to automatically navigate to the saved view in the Active View, instead of clicking a Saved View item and clicking a target view to navigate into.

This would make Saved Views more accessible.
