An exported PDF from MicroStation has Modelspace levels in an expandable folder, Paperspace levels in an expandable folder and any raster image sitting separate. My issue is there are no options in the print driver settings to alter this layout/export presentation.

My personal preference would be to merge levels of the same name, no expandable folders and leave Rasters in their level. Just feels cleaner.
