Microstation does not support Polish vertical coordinate system PL-EVRF2007-NH (EPSG:9651).

This vertical coordinate system is currently obligatory to use in Poland as it superseded Baltic-86 VCS.

This vertical coordinate system should be able to be chosen for Poland, especially for GCS's with EPSG codes: 2176,2177,2178,2179,2180.

Since it is mandatory to use in civil engineering in Poland you should add it to fulfill the needs of all civil engineers in Poland.
