I need a configuration variable instead of user preference setting Operation\Execute Startup Script.

This should not be a User preference/decision, if a startup script needs to be executed, this is part of a company standard / configuration. Please change this, so I can set this option with a .cfg file at Organization Level or wherever it is needed. I could also set this option for many users much easier with a .cfg.
