I’m working on validating the Clash Detection opportunity for MicroStation / OpenX users and I need your help with user data + outreach.

1. Top users of Clash Detection (priority request)

Please provide:

• ~30 users across:

  • MicroStation

  • OpenBuildings / OpenX apps

• Who have highest usage of clash detection

For each user:

• Email (or contact identifier)

• Company

• Product(s) used (MS + other OpenX)

2. Adoption / segmentation (if available)

We’re trying to answer:

How many MS/OpenX users need clash detection but are NOT using (or not licensing) BIC ProjectWise?

If possible:

• of MicroStation / OpenX active users

• using any clash detection (desktop vs BIC)

• % using BIC vs NOT

• Overlap:

  • MS users ↔ BIC users

  • MS users ↔ Clash Detection users

3. Licensing / entitlement signal

If available:

• How many MS users have:

  • BIC Essential only

  • BIC ProjectWise (required for clash)

• Usage patterns vs entitlement (e.g. “users blocked by license tier”)
