XYZ text tool is found only under 3D tools - Terrain modelling and missing in 2D workflows. Why it is even under Terrain as it is not common use of coordinate labels on Terrain. Terrain is also not available on all Power products and if this Ribbon is missing then also it is missing in 2D drawing.
Add it under placement ribbon box.
