Currently MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer behave different when creating drawing models using named boundary methodologies. MicroStation keep the drawing view unrotated and instead applies rotation to the reference attachment, where as ORD keeps the reference unrotated and rotates the view in order to preserve coordinate integrity in the drawing model.

I think it would be beneficial to allow for a setting in the drawing production menu to allow for the create drawing process to function the same way between programs for consistency in workflows across products.
