As most of the users settings are saved to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Bentley\MicroStation\25.0.0\etc and the contents of this folder is only 1 Mb. Could a User Profile function be added so that if I was to sit down on another Pc in the office and log in through Connection Client it could prompt, "Do you want to deploy your User Profile settings to this PC"?

Effectiverly this is a re-think of how and where user settings are stored. A switch from storing locally to storing on the Connection cloud.
