MS_REF_DEFAULTSETTINGS - Additional Default 'DrawingBoundary'

Hello Bentley, right now, when I attach a drawing interactively there is a new field that requires manual intervention. 'Drawing Boundary' and the default is always (New) instead of 'None'.

It appears only to remember the setting for session only and is reset each time. The is quite annoying as it places the attachment boundary and bubble that we have to delete manually with a couple of right mouse clicks...

I would like a new default value added for DrawingBoundary with two options (New) OR 'None'.

There is little to no support information on this attachment setting other than self-discovery.

I'd love it if this can be done because it will end the support calls to me to fix dozens of drawings each year because of this obscure little setting that splats drawing bubbles on drawing sheets and reprints.
