We had an issue with a cell lib file (maybe it affects more files, but we researched it for 1 file at this point). This in relation to the Replace Cells option from MicroStation.

So, if checkbox active with option Use Active Cell, and an active cell is already selected, no error and a fine replace (for both options Single and Global)

But if we uncheck this option there will not be a replace but a message is shown: "Unnamed, or Orphan cells are not supported by this tool."

We need a way to identify placed cells orphaned and a tool that will allow for management of these cells.
