Place custom sheet index report from button in Explorer
Add the ability to customize the report that gets called when you click the "Place Sheet as Table" button. Currently it will only call the table that is created from Bentley.
You can do this if you create a new report and select it from the tool settings once you choose the Place Sheet index as table command. The command you point to simply calls the Place Table from Report command.
You can modify the default Bentley one or create a totally new report.
