With the "Fence" tool, it is possible to cut texts. If the contents of the "fence" area are edited—for example, if lines are trimmed, copied, or moved—the text disappears.
The proposal is that, when such edits are made, the text should be converted into curves that are trimmed accordingly. This feature already exists in competing software.
