Ctrl-U: Ungrouping Orphan Cells - (re)generate Insertion Point

Ctfl-G is a very useful, quick way of grouping elements to create a Cell. This will often be followed by a Ctrl-H to ungroup and edit the elements contained in the Cell.

It would be helpful to preserve the Insertion point when the Cell is ungrouped. This would allow the user to re-group the Cells using Ctrl-G or the Create Cell tool, without having to Tentative the Cell first using the Origin Snap to mark with a point or place a Line to record the Insertion Point's position before ungrouping or dropping the Cell.
