Sheet view port update

Hi Bentley

Can i request an option to PREVENT any view edits in a sheet model view port. This view MUST be driven from the sheets file design model only. Any edit or potential edits to the sheet view MUST be prevented.

Even with the reference file Overrides mode set to NEVER, doesn't stop this.
