ITEM TYPE - expression - Calculate difference between 2 shapes

I would like to be able to use ITEM TYPES and an expression to calculate the difference between two shapes.

I know I can use reports, but i want the text to be added as an item type to the element

currently this is not possible.

    You'd need to specify how those 2 shapes are to be identified and where you want the expression to be located.
