This is a new Change Element Attribute option to change the Attribute to By Element.

The existing Attribute dialogs have; Absolute [By Element], ByCell, or By Level.

This new By Element option allows an existing Element/Complex/Cell Element to be changed from By Level, or By Cell to be By Element.

So, if I have an Element that is By Level then, when I use this command the Element will have the Attribute assign to an absolute value, if the By Level is Red, then the Element Colour is changed to Red and is no longer Level dependent.

Same for By Cell, after the command is used, the Element adopts the Colour red instead of being dependent upon the Cell Header or Complex Element Header colour.

The same options would be available for Element Style, and Weight.

It can be taken further to apply to Templates, An Element using a Template to assign Attributes can adopt them By Element with this command.

One of the use-cases for us is when we want to remove or change Level structure or Drop Complex Elements to base Elements and reassign Attributes to base Elements.
