Configuration variable Operators -> Expand to support other file extensions

Currently the operators support .cfg., ucf, pcf, and in some cases dgn/dwg

I use some custom file extensions like .debug, .adhoc and .txt

Perhaps if the preprocessor can detect the MIMI of the file header?

I would like to have more options for using operators with file extensions and file types.
