ITEM TYPES export to excel and powerBi template.

I am noticing a lot of applications such as revit are having functionality added, so that they can export their data to excel and use it interactively in PowerBi. thus they can drive their model and it updates the PowerBi on the fly.

this would be a huge benefit for MS. Maybe this is something within iTwin. However, not everyone has an iTwin ....
