This is a move, or Align command to align selected active model elements, references or the entire Design model content to another ACS.

In some situations, there can be multiple ACS Triads in the Design Model 2D/3D and the need to align content or disseminate content to different ACS compasses.

This would be a handy feature, and much easier for ACS users instead of trying to manually rotate and move content

The Active View Could also follow the realignment of content that is being moved-rotated if the ACS Lock is enabled, or the toggle for the new tool..

During the alignment phase where the selection, or content is not already aligned to an ACS, the user can enable the option to hover over a face or align by 3 points which is the base orientation before the alignment action occurs.
