Dear Bentley support,

I am submitting this request on behalf of a customer. Please review the customer's request below and advise.

The client needs to use Coordinate System "VN2000/TM-3-107-45" but they cannot find this coordinate in the Microstation library.

I tried asking for support from Bentley Technical Support Team and they confirmed "VN2000/TM-3-107-45 is missing" (My Request - CS0529351). They instructed me to submit the idea here
