This is a new mode for Accudraw to rotate the compass upon Element Selection or modify operation. This happens when an operation or element creation occurs when the snap or selection starts with an existing element.

The new functionality is to rotate the Accudraw Compass to align with the element face or direction or the orientation of the element origin, before the next step in the command operation.

This would be a new secondary compass state which is activated if the first point or action involves an Element selection or element snapped. If no element is selected, then the default compass state is applied.
