When using the Change Dimension Attributes tool, the layer name of the dimension object also changes. Changing text attributes doesn't change the layer name and requires an additional action via Change Element Attributes.

I'd like to see this process consistent for both annotation elements by adding an option to the Change Text Attributes tool to change the text element to the active layer.
