If you create an ITEM TYPE to drive a title block, if this the ITEM TYPE has links to an excel lookup. This the title block text is driven from the excel file. When the excel file is updated, MicroStation will not auto update the DGN file. If a users uses something like Print Organizer, there is possibility that the title block text will be out of date.
I would like to add an option to auto update rather than having to manually to edit for each sheet file

here is an example of what happens, if the excel is e=updated and the DGN file is opened. the excel updates are not updated. Needs to be similar to the way Project title block integration works
