Please add the following functions that are available in the Touchup Tool (iTwin Capture Modeler) to be available in MicroStation as well:

1) Smart Selection - selecting the element to delete from the mesh (colored green) and then selecting the ground (colored in red).

2) Delete selected faces and fill- when using fence I get the result like Delete selected faces.
