Add option in batch convert to specify output coordinate system. Also to specify default coordinate system in case source system is missing. Batch process is not so useful as it doesn't have no option to provide output file or settings and also this issue has to be resolved for it to work properly. https://microstation.ideas.aha.io/ideas/MSR-I-1889
