Bring back merge.ma utility.

Microstation readme contains this notice.
The File > Merge option in the File Open Dialog (formerly MicroStation Manager) and the MERGE utility (merge.ma) have been removed. The Import Models and Merge References functionalities provide enhanced merging features.

This is delusional and written by someone who clearly have no idea how the merge utility worked. There is no enhanced merging features using Reference merge as it takes time to reference all files then wait until they are graphically attached and then wait until they are detached after "merge all" action. Merge utility was option to call it from batch which is now missing. Stop making Microstation worse.
msbatch merge [destination_filename] [source_filename_1]... [source_filename_n]


Or add option for file->import to be able to import multiple files.
