Nearly all software has release notes available with every minor and major version upgrade. A very useful insight to see if a software update is needed for your purposes or if it can be skipped. Skipping software updates can save a lot of time (and money) spend on testing and rolling out the new software in your company.

For Bentley Microstation it's unfortunately not available. There is some information available here (https://docs.bentley.com/LiveContent/index.html) but that's very limited, so please make it available.
