WSP is greatly increasing globally the use of Citrix for better project workshare and performance.

We are running Bentley applications through Citrix and though application operation and file performance is fantastic we all have a core problem regardless. Mouse Lag.

We have submitted two previous support requests (CS0300380 & CS0321608). Both of which have come to the same conclusions. Certified version of Citrix against the Bentley applications.

Currently Bentley are only Certifiying against Citrix 8.2 released June 2020 (WSP are currently running 2024.3.1.97)

Note that Autodesk applications do NOT present the same Mouse Lag issues.

The mouse lag issue is greatly affecting operational and user experiences and costing WSP and clients money as a result.

I provided a screenshare session with Chris Bajraszewski showing both the operational performance through Citrix of both Microstation 23.0.0.108 and Autodesk Civil 3D 2024

Only Microstation presents the mouse lag (Note any Benteley application does)

We ask that Bentley review their Certified Citrix versions as they are very old and not allowing us to use your products effectively.
