When choosing New File, a dialogue could open with a dropdown system you can customize, so new files are created by teh office standards, for example we have a file: B1_3D_00_NT, in which B1 = building 1, 3D = orientation of the file (3D/facade/plan/...), NT = nieuwe toestand (new situation). If you would have dropdowns, the users are forced to use the correct naming without having to bother about looking up the right name in the manual. (users are lazy or just don't care, so you have to guide them)
