In our drawing title block, we have a pick list to specify which geographical area the drawing belongs too.

We do have some cases where the drawing is related to the whole site, and in those cases, we leave the value blank.

I understand some clients may not want the blank value, but having a configuration value the tells MicroStation how to display the (None) value. In our case we would want a blank to be shown.
