Skip blank/NA values in text favorites that are based on item types

We currently have an item type with 5 property fields that need to be labeled. In most cases, we do not populate all the fields (e.g. only fields 1,2 and 3 apply to a given element). To label every possible element, we had to create a text favorite for each option and then the user has to know which to use for their labeling on each element since it varies.

Instead, it would be extremely helpful if we could have a text favorite ignore or skip a value if it is blank or evaluates as an (N/A), or meets other criteria. Then we could have one text favorite for the element type instead of a bunch of different ones for each scenario. The text favorite would need to completely skip this value, not just replace it with a "space" character, since we use multi-line text.
