When a file crashes it commonly outputs a exception log. To my knowledge these logs are not very useful to users trying to diagnose the issue. I've attached one to a support ticket and they said they are not useful to the Bentley support staff either. Please make these more user friendly, supplement them with something more user friendly, or provide easily accessible information that aides users in interpreting the data presented in the current format of the log file.

We are currently looking in to improving our crash reporting. Besides readability/accessibility of the crash logs is there any data you're missing or why is not useful for you?
This log has never been useful for any problem I had. Ofcourse not for the user, but the Bentley side doesn't seem to be able to retrace the source of the error from them either.
