Print Organizer - print non standard formats without creating them

It would be useful if it were possible to print through the print organizer sheets of non-standardized sizes without having to add the size in the *.pltcfg. For example, there may be drawings with 250mm or 253mm, and it would be helpful to not have to define any specific size and have it read automatically through the dimensions of the drawing/border.
At the moment although it allows the edition of the numbers, the tool do not accept it.

I tried with mine, had an exotic format (2520mm x 2376mm) as a sheet. As you can see in the attached

screenshot the Print Organizer selects the custom (100000 x 100000mm) paper size, but the resulting pdf has the dimensions of my sheet.

I included some screenshots of the pltcfg too, to compare to yours.

I tried to do it as you said but it keeps appearing like this, i don't know if i missed something. the height looks messed up but in width it worked.

PS. I do not have nothing outside the sheet border

This should already work if you check in the pltcfg under BASE PROPERTIES > DRIVER PROPERTIES:

Set Page From Plot Size: ON

I noticed it works as long as the sheet is smaller than any defined Paper Size in the pltcfg, so I defined a very big size (10000x100000) in that one.
