Need additional option under reference attachment dialog mode Interactive to specify offset. For example attaching OBJ it attaches to null origin by default.
As alternative using attachment Top mode and XY= key-in it doesn't correctly set offset in reference dialog.
Now it is two step process. First attach to null coordinates and then input offset manually.
