In a file, there could be one or more tables that have been placed based on a report definition. If these need refreshed, right now we have to do it one at a time. It would be nice to have a tool that would refresh all tables in the active model, or all tables in the file, so they don't all have to be selected.

It would also be nice if tables could be refreshed when the file is opened. This would likely need to be a configuration variable.
